1 1. Browser-Based Processing

When you select an M3U or M3U8 file from your device, M3U Studio reads and edits it in your browser's memory. The application does not intentionally upload that file or its parsed contents to an M3U Studio server. Importing by URL and using the stream checker are different: your browser sends requests to the third-party addresses you provide, so those hosts can receive normal connection data such as your IP address.

2 2. Information We Do Not Collect

M3U Studio does not intentionally collect or store the following as application data:

• The contents of your M3U playlists.
• The stream URLs and metadata parsed from a locally selected file.

3 3. Local Storage & Analytics

The site uses localStorage for theme and language preferences. Google Analytics is installed to measure site usage and may process identifiers, page URLs, device/browser information, approximate location, and IP-derived information according to Google's policies. The hosting platform may also create security and access logs that can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, and error details.

4 4. Google AdSense & Advertising Choices

Google AdSense code is installed on this site. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google's advertising cookies may support ads based on visits to this and other sites. Depending on region and consent choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Playlist contents are not intentionally supplied to Google for advertising.
